How long does processing and delivery take?
Processing your order takes 0-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery in United States takes 6-10 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on all orders in United States.
My order has not arrived within the maximum delivery time. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the delivery window, check your tracking link. If the package still has not arrived, contact us at support@dreabon.com with your order number.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear cannot be returned. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been verified. The process takes up to 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. No restocking fees apply, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should I do if I receive a product that I did not order or that is damaged?
Please send clear photos of the product and its packaging to support@dreabon.com. The case will be investigated and resolved immediately.
