Can I return a purchase?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Products must remain unused, in their original state, with all packaging, tags, and included accessories intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or ordinary wear are not eligible for return. Requests beyond 30 days cannot be processed.

How do I make a return?
Contact us at support@dreabon.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. All returns require prior approval. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions, including the return address. Please pack the item carefully, ideally in its original packaging. Customers cover return shipping, and we recommend using a service with tracking.

When will I receive my refund?
After the returned item is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days. You will get a confirmation email when the refund is completed. Restocking fees do not apply, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped. To cancel, contact support@dreabon.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, it can still be returned according to this return policy.

Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Email support@dreabon.com with your order details and the item you would like in exchange. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided. The replacement will be sent after we receive the original item. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
Please send clear pictures of the item and its packaging to support@dreabon.com. We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
