- No Fees: Returns are free of restocking charges.
- Refunds: Money is returned to the original payment method within 7 days after approval.

Can I return an item?
Yes. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags. Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear cannot be returned. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Send an email to support@dreabon.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if necessary. Returns must be approved before you send anything back. Once confirmed, you will receive instructions, including the return address. Pack the item securely, ideally in the original packaging. Customers pay for return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked service.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been verified. The process takes up to 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. No restocking fees apply, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?
Orders can be canceled or changed before they are processed or shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email immediately to support@dreabon.com. If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned upon delivery in accordance with our return policy.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. To request an exchange, email support@dreabon.com with your order details and the item you would like instead. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided. After we receive the original item, the replacement will be sent. Exchanges depend on availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
What should I do if I receive a product that I did not order or that is damaged?
Please send clear photos of the product and its packaging to support@dreabon.com. The case will be investigated and resolved immediately.
